Current political situation of Nepal is spinning from one hand to other. For the stabilization which thought do you think should take the lead for proper outlet.

Profile Information

What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
The motivating factor is non other than current political scenario of Nepal. I think being a Nepalese citizen it is my duty to pursue some effort for peace building campaign which may bring some +ve changes and i believe small changes are cause for revolution.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself (no more than 3 paragraphs)
I'm Dirgha raj from Kathmandu, Studying Masters level in Conflict and Peace development Studies from Tribhuvan University.Recently completed my Bachelor Level in Business Studies.
I work in a Financial company. The political scenario really motives me to study this progrmmme.
I was also a former member of Nepal Scout which is an social organization and i know how it feels helping people without any selfishness.
I'm just a beginner in this field and I'm greatly hopeful that I might be able to learn something that would be really beneficial as a student.

Which Peace we are talking about; Personal or......

As violence is directed by one person on to another like wise there is no need to be pessimistic because peace also is directed one on to other. Violence and peace are vice-versa. Violence first starts from personal or family violence then is speared out. But normally peace nowadays starts from an associations or groups, which is a pathetic situation.
