Profile Information

What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I have studied with Johann Galtung years ago.
Please feel free to provide a short bio about yourself (no more than 3 paragraphs)
Ms. Ojha is currently a Senior Solutions Program Manager in the Application Solutions Platform group in Cisco Systems, Advanced Services since October 2004, She is responsible for application visibility and latency management solutions in the Financial Services vertical market and intelligent automation more broadly.

Before joining Cisco Systems, Ms. Ojha was President and CEO of Cartiem Technology, a consulting company she formed with a partner in June of 2001, focused on enterprise business service design and development for financial services, supply chain management and procurement working with corporate clients, software vendors and new technology ventures.

Ms. Ojha was Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Concept Five Technologies, Inc. from March 1999 to May 2001. She was a member of the Senior Executive Management Committee, and responsible for leading the firm’s professional services practice in Financial Services, extending the San Francisco practice, building a New York office and practice and extending the practice driven out of the central Reston Virginia office.

Previously, as co-owner, President and Chief Executive Officer of VIVAGY, Inc. a San Francisco based Software Company she led the restructuring of a startup consulting company with annual revenues of $1.2 million to $20 million over four years from 1996 to 1999.

From 1993 through 1995, Ms. Ojha held the position of Executive Vice President, Brokerage Operations and was a member of the Executive Management Team and the Management Committee at Charles Schwab & Co.. She was also Executive Vice President of a new area responsible for Corporate Business Process Redesign at Schwab & Co.

From 1987 to 1993, Ms. Ojha was a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand responsible for the New England Regional Advanced Technology Practice, becoming head of the National Advanced Technology Practice in 1992. She held the position of Manager for Applied Artificial Intelligence at Arthur D. Little, where she was a member of in the Operations Management Group from 1977 to 1987.

Ms. Ojha brings over thirty years of experience to synthesizing simplified systems, processes, tools and integrated results to reduce technical, organic and acquisitive business complexity.
