Thanks we registered APCN. Everyone is invited to visit africapeace.org. Among the activities of the Africa Peace and Conflict Network (APCN) is knowledge generation and dissemination.

APCN reviews and publishes research papers, briefings (analytical commentaries, practitioner reports/reflections, etc), book and film reviews, and analytical conference reports.

It also publishes multimedia material. Thus far two photo-essays and a podcast are available at africapeace.org, and an as yet unreleased/original movie is currently under peer review.

We look forward to receiving and publishing additional multimedia pieces. We would be very pleased to receive submissions of your and/or your colleagues' work.

See africapeace.org for more information or to access existing publications. Additional ones are in process and more content will soon be added to the site, which, while fully accessible, is still being built.

Please visit, share your work and thoughts, and spread the word.

Dear friend
Violance, war, conflicts, sufferings my desire to see world in peace and non violance has motivated me to join this network."Vasudev kutukbkam" entire world as a family, this was a teaching of our culture and traditional.we created countries, boundries, religions, cast, race for a genuine reason or a false reasons for any reason.but this the time to realise that we are one and we naturaly interconected with each other ,which we can just realise by watching inhale and exhale of breaths the source is same ,without any descrimanation, religion, bonundries, equaly for all living life of universe .When we understand this simple thing then we must understand how our and other's life is equaly important, valuble ,respectable .we should follow the nature's rule ,non violance .peace ,god has given us a human life not for destruction but for lookafter the wellbeing of all living life.
i shall be happy if you could include me in your circle of friends

Thanks for your info James, re Global Peace...

Currently we do not see an easy fit, unless a bridge is built betw our orgs, as we are socially engaged, in my view, not activist.

Kind regards,

600 Liberian refugee women and children are facing imminent deportation.

Please sign the petition calling on authorities to insure that the rights of refugees in Ghana are being upheld:

http://www.ipetitions.com/petition/LiberianRefugees/index.html

It will be passed on to authorities as soon as we garner enough support.

This petition is co-sponsored by a group of NGOs and individuals who have worked and are currently working in the Buduburam refugee settlement.

Thank you.
