GLOBAL GOVERNMENT OF THE HUMANITY

STATUTE 1

TO RE-ESTABLISH ONLY ONE NATION

It is essential to clarify that Planet Earth, through political evolution, has gradually been divided into territorial regions according to man's col-lective desire for regional sovereignty. Man has forgotten that Planet Earth is a living entity and has suffered from the ignorance of the pursuit for ter-ritorial possession, reducing the nation state to the level of separatist entities, and obscuring the fact that there exists but ONE PLANETARY BEING, INDIVISIBLE AND INCORRUPTIBLE.

Man must focus intently on the Light Nucleus in order to understand that external demarcations have been permitted so man could develop his Divine potential within the uniqueness of each territory, and could anchor in its center a specific Divine Radiation. Its inhabitants, becoming conscious of this unique radiation, could interchange with other beings, allowing for cultural and spiritual differences while perceiving the PRES-ENCE OF ThE FATHER-MOTHER, simultaneously reaffirming the unique Divine Nature of each Being.

But man has forgotten how to regain his Divine Rights. Since this ideal has not been fulfilled yet, man is still bound to his local territorial status, often prohibiting entrance to other peoples interested in seeking what their Being needs for growth and expression in the Divine Unity. Man has pur-posefully perpetuated external struggles in order to conquer more terri-tories to annex them. This fracticidal struggle should end, and it is the DIVINE WILL THAT PLANET EARTH RETURN TO ITS LUMINOUS ORI-GIN, where men can go from one place to another without requiring any form of identification, or be rejected because of language, color, race or creed.

Ultimately, no government owns any land, lives, treasures or goods found or produced within their boundaries. It is essential to return to the original Divine Unity of Being to understand why this must be so.

All people must understand that the authority vested in one man over another does not make him an owner or possessor, nor make him superior to another at any given location on the planet.

It is essential that THE DIVINE PRINCIPLE guiding each nation be clearly understood since each nation is a receptacle of light for a predetermined Radiation emanating from THE HOLY HEART OF THE FATHER-MOTHER.

It is essential to understand man's self-imposed barriers are closing the doors to the many opportunities offered by the FATHER-MOTHER to Their Sons in different geographical locations. If man is con-scious of this, he should take this into account and realize the significance of these limitations and how they choke his inner Being, plunging him into the shadows of separatist ignorance. The great mission is to begin the process of enlightenment whereby we will have a planet which is free of lim-itations or barriers, and without canons and codes: a true self-government.

IT IS TIME TO RETURN TO THE ORIGINAL LIGHT ORIGIN OF THE PLANET, WHERE LIFE ITSELF WAS MARVELOUSLY WITNESSED BY THE SONS OF THE FATHER-MOTHER.

It is essential to realize the inalienable right of man to travel to any geographic location on the planet that enriches his life and inner Being with that location's unique Divine Radiation.

It is vital to realize for oneself this PRINCIPLE OF UNITY in order to understand how fundamental it is in order to attain Peace between nations and between man himself on the planet.

By deposing any symbol of power or authority and giving rights to the FATHER-MOTHER-GOD, man will understand and realize his Divine Right of Being Free. Then, in his Original condition, his true state, his true nature can be realized. When man recognizes that he has violated the Laws, earthly as well as Divine, he will be able to enter a Higher Order of Action, whereby he will be covered by the Light, which will assist him in the correction of his errors and enabling him to submit consciously to the Action of THE ONE UNWERSAL LIGHT.

The Divine Plan of forming only one Nation has a solid foundation and human governors and representatives should become aware of what is Being offered to them, since they are Being called to order to set aside all personal desire for power on behalf of the common Good, Peace and Love among men.

The Divine Will of the ALL-BEING infers that man should recognize and accept the DIVINE ORDER. This implies the dispositions of strengths, rights, powers, and desires on behalf of the well being of his brothers. Man is Being called upon to recognize that the road he has chosen will not lead him to any lasting solutions. An alternative is being presented to him; to rec-ognize only one Supreme Governor, GOD, FATHER-MOTHER LOVE. And because of man's obedience to Deity, it will restore to the rest of mankind the Sovereignty of God who sustains the TRUE CONDITIONS AND TRUE RIGHTS THAT WE HAVE AS CHILDREN OF LIGHT.

It is essential to understand that A GLOBAL GOVERNMENT IS BEING SPONSORED, without economic potency, without politics and with-out armaments. THIS IS A GOVERNMENT WHERE LOVE WILL MAGNIFY IN MAN HIS DIVINE CHARACTER; WHERE MAN SHALL BE GOD'S LOVING SERVANT. THIS GOVERNMENT IS POSSIBLE; IT IS HERE, IT IS NOW

It is time that man set aside his pride and desire for power, and rec-ognize he is engaged in a race towards destruction if he does not wise-ly resolve the grave problems he now confronts.

It is time to recognize it is necessary to make way for the Action of the Divine Order, subject to only one Hierarchy which will liberate the planet out of its spiritual darkness.

It is crucial that man relinquish his egoic motives and lower political motivations, and elevate his desires to a superior level so there can flow on the planet the Action of the Divine Command of Love, making the unification of men and nations possible.

IT IS NECESSARY TO RETURN TO THE LUMINOUS SPIRITUAL BEGINNING THAT CREATED LIFE AND RECOGNIZE IT AS THE ONLY TRUE SOLUTION TO CURRENT PLANETARY PROBLEMS, GIVING IT OWERSHIP AND COMPLETE LIBERTY FOR IT TO MANIFEST ITS DIVINE WILL; CONSISTING OF ONLY ONE NATION OF FREE BEINGS, READY TO EXPRESS THE LIGHT THAT THEY ARE.

Through periodic Divine interventions, man has been able to respond to the call of the ALL BEING. IT IS A CALL TO UNITY AND LOVE, so in the fluidity of the light, the barriers that separate nations, cities and men will be broken. Therefore, One Ideal PLANETARY INTEGRATION will result. The Divine Order has now manifested, offering true solutions for the chaos enveloping this planet.

The opportunity has been given; take advantage of it and strive to be CONSCIOUS collaborators with the Divine Forces; executors of the Divine Plan of the FATHER-MOTHER.

Establishing ONLY ONE NATION implies overcoming regionalist dogmas
instituted by human egos, and will provide the way for the MANIFESTA-TION OF LIGHT CONTAINED IN THE CODE OF LOVE and THE GLOB-AL GOVERNMENT OF HUMANITY

This Document serves to clarify to humans that this conscious reception involves the deeper levels of the Inner Being when one is ready to ful-fill this ordinance. It is up to man and to the local governors and represen-tatives to reinforce this Decree, working to center the Light of the FATHER--MOTHER that allows Love to govern his life and permits him to share it with his fellow man.

Here is a list of 10 possible recommendations to help make the world more peaceful and encourage others to contribute their own lists. This is no particular order.

1) Examine how to create more peace in your personal life -
If we do not have some degree of peace in our own internal lives, there is the question of how effective we can be in helping to build peace in our organizations, communities, societies and the world. There is no recipe for building peace, but there are many options that people have explored such as writing, reflecting, building community and more.

2) Share your experiences and frustrations around conflict -
Open resource where people can share both their success stories of helping to address conflicts around the world, and also ask questions/inquiry about ways to improve practice. If you have a particular success story, please share it with others.

3) Support Organizations working to effect change in the world -
There are thousands of dynamic organizations around the world working to address conflict, build community, foster economic development and more. There are many ways you can support organizations such as contributing financially, volunteering, and more. I do not want to endorse specific organizations, but some resources that can be helpful in identifying opportunities include the Alliance for Peacebuilding, Interaction, GuideStar, among others.

4) Advocate for Preventing and Ending Conflicts -
One of the challenges in conflict prevention is that often policymakers, NGO professionals, academics and others may have information about the potentially negative direction of conflicts. However, translating this information to effective policy changes often requires extensive advocacy campaigns by individuals, NGOs, religious groups and the larger civil society. Advocacy can mean anything from writing a legislature, talking with policymakers, taking direct action and more. For some useful examples of Advocacy Approaches see the International Crisis Group, Women Thrive Worldwide and the Genocide Intervention Network.

5) Mainstream a Conflict Sensitive Approach into your organization/company -
Many organizations and companies around the world are beginning to look at how they can integrate a conflict sensitive approach (see the work of International Alert) throughout their external and internal operations. This means examining how an organization's internal hiring, procurement and other policies, as well as the external interactions and services can help to potentially reduce conflicts.

6) Get Additional Training -
There are many different paths to pursuing a career in international conflict and related fields. If you feel like you might benefit from additional training there are many academic options, professional training programs, summer institutes and more that can help provide additional training and skills.

7) Join an Existing Network -
There are many academic and professional networking organizations that exist around the world that focus on conflict related issues. In the United States, the Association for Conflict Resolution is a network of practitioners, the Alliance for Peacebuilding is a network of organizations, the Peace and Justice Studies Association is a network of academics and activists, the International Conflict Management Association has an annual conference.

8) Engage in Productive Dialogue with Others -
One of the keys of addressing conflicts is building understanding and connections between people with diverse perspectives. There are many organizations working on facilitating and engaging communities in dialogue, conversation and discussion. Find an organization in your community, or start your own process. Some great resources in this area include the Public Conversations Project , the Kettering Foundation, and the World Cafe.

9) Foster Sustainable Economic Development -
One of the key ingredients in building peace in post-conflict societies is to help create sustainable economic opportunities for communities. This can be done through a variety of means, international development, social entreprenuership, socially responsible investing, lobbying for changes to foreign assistance programs and more.

10) Please feel free to add your own suggestions and lists for a more peaceful 2008.

Best Regards.
