What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?

I am fellow of Rotary Peace and Conflict Studies Program, Chulalongkorn University, Thailand. I am also an accredited supreme court Mediator of the Philippines. I want increase my knowledge on the subject and extends my skills to the world.

As a teacher, I used education as a restorative tool that enables people to build communities suffering from an increasingly disconnected world. I conduct classroom discussion whenever as possible on restorative justice, therapeutic community, conflict resolution and mediation. I accepted invitations to speak on these fields believing that in my simple way, I can be effeftive channel of prmoting peace in the communities where I am with.

My advocacy is coupled with leadership, commmitment making individuals and organizations such as women, children, people of margins, the probationers, victims and offenders, and sveral organizations, both in the government and private institutions as recipents of my efforts in restorative practices as well as empowerment applied in these social undertakings.

I engaged myself with community works and available to serve the world only to have lasting peace.

If given a chance to be a member of this network, I will have a greater understanding and improve my skills in conflict resolution and mediation. I expect to network, practice my skills,exchange ideas and develop new personal and professional relationship with diverse industry leaders worldwide.
