Thank you for contacting me, your leadership on behalf of your people is impressive. Are you familiar with the field of restorative justice? This is where we have been putting our energy. We work with schools, the community police, the courts, social services and to help the community develop plans for caring for people who have been unjustly treated. We also work to support those who have harmed others to get their lives turned around so they are helping not taking away from others. There are ways this movement can strengthen what you are doing.
