Violance,war,conflicts,sufferings my desire to see world in peace and non violance has motivated me to join this network."Vasudev kutukbkam" entire world as a family, this was a teaching of our culture and traditional.we created countries,boundries,religions,cast,race for a genuine reason or a false reasons for any reason.but this the time to realise that we are one and we naturaly interconected with each other ,which we can just realise by watching inhale and exhale of breaths the source is same ,without any descrimanation,religion,bonundries, equaly for all living life of universe .When we understand this simple thing then we must understand how our and other's life is equaly important,valuble ,respectable .we should follow the nature's rule ,non violance .peace ,god has given us a human life not for destruction but for lookafter the wellbeing of all living life.

What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I am fully aware that there will be no development without peace and no development without peace. If a society is peacefull , it is possible for democracy to prevail, and business to prossper and frodom of choiceand development will be realised.

I am in Africa, where conflcit is a major obstacle to development . I am working to promote peace and development in Africa.

Cosmas Nkhara Bahali is holder of Bachelor of Arts in sociology and anthropology with minors in linguistics and French at the University of Dar es salaam, 1993-1996. Pursued Master of Arts in Development studies (2003-2005) with major focus on contemporary International Affairs, civil society, conflict management, resolution and peace making, peacekeeping and peace building. Did research focusing on the role of Civil society in Conflict Resolution and peace building in Kivu province in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo. Attended conferences and Presented papers in Sweden, France, Uganda, Burundi and Rwanda. Participated in training for peace in Zambia, and the United Nations Civilian officer Course in Sweden with the main focus on negotiations and mediation, Logistics in the United Nations system, Civil-Military coordination in Peacekeeping operations, Disarmament, demobilization and reintegration of Ex-combatants (DDR), the United Nations system, the modern United Nations peacekeeping operations and Brahimi Report, International Humanitarian and Human Rights Law, and the role of Humanitarian organizations in Humanitarian crisis.
