What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
I have always been encouraged by my family in this direction. Growing up in a 'developing' country has given me a deep appreciation of issues - having lived and worked in many OECD nations and now, as a citizen of a rather peaceful New Zealand - I have the resources and skills to make a positive difference...

Currently, I lead essence networks (www.essencenetworks.com) a for-profit, professional practice in the Governance, Risk Management and Compliance areas. Over the last six years we have worked for leading Public Sector organisations and corporations. I have been working alongside Legal, Finance and IT professionals - to build institutional capability towards strong developmental outcomes.
Prior to this, I was working globally with leading corporations and high-growth firms in the Insurance, Telecommunications and IT industries.
