Society for Peace And Community Empowerment (SPACE)



SPACE is a registered organization now and being run by a group of development professionals and Researchers. The board members of SPACE have had experience of working with different International and national organizations as well as have significant achievements in academics and literature.

Mission

To elevate the standards of Development works for upward socio-economic mobility of the marginalized sections of the society and ensuring peaceful coexistence of human kind.

Objective

To support development works and networks with Civil Society Organizations to encourage information sharing and partnership with Development organizations/ agencies to empower community with interventions at different levels.

Present Need

The group is running a small school for the marginalized girls of Azamgarh-India and in process to set up a Boat school for children of fishing community and Aapan School for children of Mushara Community. The group is looking for opportunities to work on a larger scale in the field and want consultancy on Education, Documentation, Material development, Trainings, Publication and Research activities.

Dear (SPACE),

The Peace and Collaborative Development Network is a very helpful initiative and it is particularly important for us in Uganda situated in the Great Lakes of Afghanistan which is plagued by conflict.

Religion is frequently despised these days as a source of political extremism and deadly conflict. History certainly provides plenty of examples of religiously based terrorism and atrocities by adherents of many different religious traditions.

My point goes those people whom are less studied side of religion (Islam)- religious peacemaking in Quran.
