What motivated you to become involved in peace and conflict resolution?
Africa is nolonger a Dirk Continent. It is time for a new face for the continent to have natives with capercity to percieve challenges as local. A continet free of destuctive and persistant violence. Indeed a continent whre netives of all generations have a network that can be a foundation for the continent's transformation.
Time to talk is gone, its time to network and find solutions to problems on the continent.

Francis Maberi is Ugandan born in Eastern region. He is a graduate of social work and social administration.
During my university period( 2004/7), He is became popular during his University time where he established a United Nations Asociation of Uganda to brig together students and also deciminate information on MDGs at Islamic University In Uganda where he was for his Bachelors Degree in Social Work and Social Administration (2004/7). He is also a foundre member of a oyuth initiative local NGO called Network for Youth and Children Uganda ( NYCU). see: www.nycuganda.org) in 2006.He is also a current volunteer with Uganda Joint Christian councial =UJCC and International conference on the Great Lakes Region=ICGLR (WWW.ICGLR.org)
Notable also is that Maberi Francis is an active youth with the Interfaith Action for Peace in Africa=IFAPA (africa-faithforpeace.org) Uganda Youth Desk.
