Thank you for your note. Currently I am working on a paper on the UN's responsibility to third parties injured in the Rwandan genocide. Another "not so happy" topic. We are near the end of the semester and so the tests are coming up so I am very busy right now. I will however look into your case when I have some extra time.

Please keep in touch and don't hesitate to ask any questions you may have.

Hello.

I hope to open a line of communication with you. It seems we share some common interests so I wanted to make my introduction. I'm Chris from New Orleans. I'm studying Comparative legal systems at Tulane Law School and am very interested in Human Rights and ADR, Mediation & Negotiation. Given our common interests this might be a good to start to communication so we can refer to each other in the future. Please take a minute to view my page and leave a message if you like.

peace

P.S. I will be attending the University of Amsterdam/Tulane Law School Summer Program on International Criminal Law in July. One area of focus will be international women's rights. It amazes me that half of the worlds population is still considered secondary even in the most "advanced" nations.
