Namaste (hello)
first of all, I extend a hearty and cordial welcome to you to visit and stay with us in India whenever you plan a trip. I see ourselves as an extended global joint family….nothing really belongs to us, we are merely temporary custodians of all that we inherit or create…Having served in Indian army for 23 years, I am lucky to have seen every corner of India and have friends all over. That can facilitate your move around in my country. …also I believe if we have to truly see a nation,we need to stay among the people, observe life of average citizen, see their villages and then we feel the pulse of that people and that nation….i have always stayed away from hotels, guest houses etc and instead stayed with friends/ordinary families whenever I traveled abroad.. I have now resigned from army to work full time in my true passion -peacebuilding and conflict resolution.
Gracias and bienvenido !
I like your profile. I hope we can exchange experiences!
Best wishes

thank you very much indeed for your response. I live in India's North-Eastern State of Manipur bordering Myanmar. Conflicts have been protracted in Manipur and its neighbourhood area for more than 50 years. And I have been working for human rights and conflict transformation and peacebuilding while working as a print journalist.
I hope we can exchange and share our ideas and experiences.
I look forward to hearing more from you.
Warm regards,
Bobichand
